Please refer to the rules below on challenging and playing the matches on
our server. To challenge us or if you  have any questions contact thunderkiss@mod-home.com
Please give your team name, website if any) and how many per side u will
like to play. I will then contact u and we will set something up. If u do not
have icq and use a different messenger service let me know your contact for
them except, yahoo.

Rules:
1.  Matches will be 3-8 players. All players are expected to be at the match on
the scheduled time and date. All players will be allowed a 10 min grace period.
If at that time whoever has  showed up,  will receive nothing...... haha no forfeit cause there is no such thing in this league.  If the team who has shown up, does request a win over the other team for not showing, then they will be awarded what we will call "an un-played win".  An Un-played win awards no point value for the ladder, but the losing team will receive a probation notice and more than 2 missed matches in one month will simply result in being dismissed from the league.  Simple, don't you think?  Forfeits are for wussies!! And where is the reward in a forfeit.  None here!!

2.  Server gravity is always set at 650 and always will be. The server settings
are always the same. This is the only thing we have on that is out of the ordinary and we've been doing it that way for 3 years, we'll keep on doing it that way.
Spec's. Friendly fire will be on at the time of the match.  As will locked chase
Cam.

3.  Maps will be decided by the 2 negotiating people (or captains setting up
the match) in the 2 clans. So both clans will be happy that they aren't playing
a map that they do not like.  In the case of a tie there will be a 3rd map
picked for the tie break, and it will be the clan who was challenged who will decide that map.

4.  Matches will be 21 rounds a map.  At the half way point of 10 rounds played , teams will then switch sides and another  sv_ restartround  5  will be issued.  There will be 2 to 3
maps. The winner of the match is the team that has the best 2 out of 3 if need be, score in overall maps won.  If there is a tie at 2 map mark, then you simply play the 3rd.  The clan being challenged will choose the third map, but as always, the team who hasn't chosen the map in play, is the team who picks the side they wish to be on to start out.

5. There will be no cheating, whining or disrespect on anyone's part. We like
to run a professional setup and if teams cannot act in a mature and orderly
manner then the match will simply be terminated and the server reopened to the public.

6.  In the event of a disconnection of a player, i.e.. dropped player due to flush entity.  Play will stop immediately as instructed by the team captains and both clans will remain neutral in their own territory.  The captains may at this time decide weather or not to adjust their round calculations in order to allow for a round to be disqualified due the sometime unfortunate tardy response of players to cease fire.   If the dropped player hasn't reconnected in a 10min period then his/her team will simply have to play on without them, and at man disadvantage.

7.  In the event of a server crash.  Everyone will try to connect for the next
10 min. Once back in, the match will start fresh on the same map. So if a map
was played and finished before the crash, those rounds and scores stand.
The map that was being played at the time shall be started over.  It is very unlikely to experience more than 1 crash on any given map.  If the
server cannot be brought back up then an alternate time will be decided upon
by the 2 captains and the map will start fresh on an alternate date, while still retaining any previous maps winning scores.

8. We reserve the right to change the rules listed above, to make revisions
and updates as we see fit.  The rules set forth here are not designed to benefit MOD or any other clan in any way shape or form as to allow for some type of advantage while playing.  In fact these rules have been developed for the joy of the game and the hopeful less burdening task of playing a match that runs smoothly.  It's all about having fun guys so lets remember that, and that there is no joy in winning any kind of match as a result of complication or improper match flow.  The simple point is to
PLAY THE GAME, and  PLAY IT FAIRLY.

Match Flow:
1.  Players will join the server and remain unassigned until all players are
connected and instructed by their leaders to join whichever side.  The only people who should be talking at  this time should be the  2 team captains or appointed representatives from each side. Once all details including correct side to join in on, have been agreed upon.  The captains will announce to their teams to join in and where.

all players are to join on their sides, and then  there will be an sv_restartround 5 to commence live activity. You will see a
message saying this game will restart in 5 sec. then we go live(start).
This is to insure that all will be starting fair and equally, the same command applies to when both sides switch after 10 rounds of play.

2.  After 10 rounds have been played there will be a stop, and players from
both teams will then switch to the opposite side on the map.  Its recommended
that a player from both teams keep track of how many rounds have been played
and won progressively through out the match.  After all players have switched
and are on the opposite team another restart will ensue, to make sure everyone
starts out with the minimum amount of money and weapons, so there will be no advantages to
either team from their prior winnings.

3.  After 21 rounds on the first map, the map will change and the same rules
and match flow apply as above.

4.  You will notice that the amount of rounds played equals twentyone, and this is to ensure that there is no tie at the end of any map played.  If in the event that both clans do end up victorious  each on 1 map, a third tie breaking map will be played and the ultimate winner decided there as.  This to will be a 21 round map session.

5.  What denotes a win on each map is the total amount of rounds won while playing on both sides.

6.  Point values for the ladder system at this time are still undecided.
